Greenyard Fresh Peru has been operating in the country for 29 years, with the aim of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to our Greenyard subsidiaries in Europe and the United States.

 

Greenyard Fresh Peru supplies more than 20,000 tons of fresh food to the whole world, whose expertise is focused on Postharvest, providing assistance in logistics, packing, cold handling and marketing.

History

1987
UNIVEG was established in Belgium in 1987 by Hein Deprez.
1991
UNIVEG starts operating in Perú, in partnership with Expofrut Peru, to produce, pack and export fresh fruits and vegetables.
2007
UNIVEG Expofrut Peru becomes a member of UNIVEG Group.
2015
Hein Deprez merges UNIVEG, Greenyard Foods, and Peatinvest into Greenyard, a unique leader in the fruits and vegetable area.
2018
Greenyard Fresh Peru moves to its new head office, located in Miraflores.
